Dining Services at Spanish Meadows
At Spanish Meadows we understand the vital role nutrition plays in promoting and maintaing optimal health. We also understand the issues individuals face attempting to maintain a healthy diet as they age. At Spanish Meadows we provide individualized, nutritious, and appetizing meals for all our residents. Our dietitian is on site and is involved in every step of the meal planning process and is available for nutritional counseling when needed.

Daily Meals will be served on the following schedule:

Breakfast~7:30am

Lunch~Noon

Dinner~5pm

Residents can choose to have their meals in our formal dining room, or in their individual rooms.  All residents who choose to eat in their rooms will be served before the dining room..

Guests are welcome to join their loved ones for any meal service. These guests will be asked to present a meal ticket, which can be purchased from the front desk for $2.00 during regular business hours.  If you are expecting a large number of guests please contact our Activity Director Theresa Jenkins and reserve our private dining room. This room is available for your use at any time.

Housekeeping/Laundry Services
Our housekeeping services provide basic room cleaning and deep cleaning services on a rotation schedule. They are also responsible for all room moves, and packing up residents belongings after discharge.  The facility will store your loved ones belongings for no more than 48 hours after discharge.  Please make every attempt to retrieve your loved ones belongings in a timely fashion.

Our laundry staff provides laundry service seven days a week. You also have the option of doing your loved ones laundry at home. There is no extra charge for the facility to do your loved ones laundry.We do use commercial washers and dryers for all laundry. These are set for very high tempatures to help control any germs that may be on laundry items.  We ask that family to ensure clothing is labled with a laundry marker to include name and room number. This will help when delivering your loved ones clothing.
