Our fully equipped on-site rehab center offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy provided by a fully licensed staff. Our rehabilitation services strive to maximize your loved one’s level of independence and wellness facilitating the transition from the hospital to home. Our facility also caters to families in need of respite care. 

Our licensed therapists provide services to promote strength, safety, and independence for optimal health and a better quality of life. Each resident has a plan of care unique to his or her individual needs and goals. The rehabilitation team works closely with the multidisciplinary staff to monitor progress on a daily basis. Our goal is to ensure your loved one reaches his or her highest level of function while preserving quality of life. 

Our rehabilitation team is dedicated to working with your loved one throughout the entire admission and will ensure their rehabilitation experience is a pleasant one.  We will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary staff to establish discharge planning and ensure the family is aware during each step of the process.

Spanish Meadows combines compassionate care with a physician driven and patient-centered approach while maintaining each resident’s individuality.  We are committed to caring for your loved one whether it is a short-term stay or a more medically complex case. The goal of our healing environment is to maximize his or her rehab potential and to ensure your loved one achieves his or her highest level of function before they transfer to their home environment.  Should they not be able to transfer home, our team will assist you in establishing the best level of care for your loved one.
