Licensed therapists specializing in each therapy field provide services promoting strength,safety, and independence for optimal and a better quality of life. These services are offered Monday through Friday. Each resident has a plan of care unique to his or her individual needs and goals. The rehabilitation team works closely with the medical staff and monitors progress on a daily basis.

Nurse Practitioner Services Available at Spanish Meadows Nursing & Rehab
In her role as nurse practitioner at Spanish Meadows, Rhonda Hunsucker, RN MSN,FAANP, collaborates with several local physicians to provide the highest quality of care to the residents within a unique health care setting. A nurse practitioner can perform comprehensive physical exams, order/interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, diagnose health problems, develop, implement and monitor plan of care in collaboration with resident's physician, initate referals to specialists, prescribe/eveluate medications, and provide individualized teaching and counseling.
